Planning and management of the IT matters in the Community Relations Unit (CRU)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Develop, maintain and upgrade vehicle emission models and emission modelling systems;
• Maintain and upgrade existing vehicle emission measurement systems;
• Assist in data analysis for vehicle emission measurements, emission inventory and other related studies; 
• IT projects and operations administration; and
• Monitor local and overseas contractors for existing and new IT projects.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 years experience in IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge and concrete experience in database system development, administration and enhancement; 
• In-depth knowledge and concrete experience in application design, implementation, configuration, customisation and support;
• Knowledge in the use of cloud service; and
• Knowledge and experience in application of business intelligence tool.
