Management of IT application and system development

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To lead and manage a team 
• To carry out requirement study, analysis, design, development and implementation for in-house and outsourced IT systems; and
• To provide training, technical support and maintenances and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
