IT system projects feasibility study, development, implementation, maintenance and support. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Monitor and carry out all phases of IT projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, implementation, system nursing and maintenance; 
• Conduct research, study and scoping on projects, prepare project plan, identify requirement and funding needs for IT systems; 
• Act as Internal Project Manager in managing vendor and outsourcing contract; 
• Monitor the expenses and budget usage and to assist in budget management; 
• Formulate and recommend tendering strategy and lead in tendering activities; 
• Supervise the design, implementation, development, maintenance and management of IT system; 
• Carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties; 
• Perform contract and contractor management; and
• Perform any other duties (e.g. on-call support duty during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and maintenance support of the above and any other systems of the department.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 18 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least 15 years' experience in IT system projects feasibility study development, implementation, support and maintenance.
• Solid experience in developing Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) applications and familiar with major technologies associated with the Java EE architecture, e.g. Application Server, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JDBC, etc. 
• Experience in project implementation/maintenance in case management / workflow application will be an added advantage.
• Experience in system integration between email with case management / workflow application will be an added advantage.
• Holder of the following qualification is a plus :
  - PRINCE Practitioner/Professional; or
  - Project Management Professional; or
  - Certified Information Systems Security Professional/Certified Information Systems Auditor; or
  - ITIL Intermediate Level
