To manage IT projects and provide system support service

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Performing project management, project planning, budgeting, tendering and procurement, quality assurance and vendor/ contract management for outsourced ICT projects
• Providing technical advices to support business requirements;
• Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the business objectives; and
• Carrying out other technical and administrative duties as specified by the management.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least four (4) years of full-time experience in sizable IT project implementation, especially in G2B and/or G2C online applications.
• Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required.
• Candidates should have good understanding of designing container-based, API-driven, microservices-style, and cloud-native public-facing websites and apps.
• Candidates should have working knowledge of Agile methodology with DevSecOps and the ability to define minimum viable architecture
• Candidates should have solid experience in project management and implementation of application/ system development based on industry best practice.
• Candidates should have strong communications and leadership skills.
