Implementation of application enhancements and information security implementations for the Next Generation of Application and Investigation Easy Systems 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To perform leadership duties, conduct planning and managing the implementation of application enhancements and information security safeguards for APPLIES-2;
• To oversee and review the various business requirements and design specifications of the functions and enhancements for APPLIES-2;
• To supervise the in-house project team to support the implementation of application enhancements and perform quality control on all contractor's deliverables;
• To monitor the contractors' progress and performance;
• To liaise and provide professional advice to the business and technical stakeholders of the system including contractors of other interfacing systems; and
• To perform any other duties as may be required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Strong experience in managing the implementation of multi-tier applications of large-scale, mission-critical IT system(s) and managing outsourcing IT projects involving multiple vendors are required;
• Strong project management, decision making and problem diagnosis and resolution skills;
• Good communication skills and solid work experience in managing Government projects are required;
• Strong experience in document flow/workflow management system and java programming for application development and information security implementations are required;
• Familiar with the Government regulations, guidelines and standards related to IT
