Oversee and manage the system implementation and on-going maintenance and support for the mobile application

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Perform on-going application system maintenance support and enhancement and lead programmers to implement the system changes.
• Analyze user requirements, conduct market research, study data sets and design data conversion programs and technical solutions, evaluate its usefulness and effectiveness, and propose appropriate suggestions to users.
• Design, develop, implement, maintain and support web/mobile application systems including programming, user training, system testing and documentation.
• Prepare work assignment briefs and monitor performance of contractors. 
• Assist in conducting Security Risk Assessment and Audit, and Privacy Impact Assessment on IT systems and follow up the findings and recommendations.
• Plan and conduct periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 year experience in IT industry and at least 4 years of relevant experience
