Application Development and Support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Conduct the duties to assist the BIM Team for BIM project(s) assigned
• Coordinate with BIM teams and contractors for the implementation of BIM plug-in tool project(s) within budget and time;
• Assist in BIM plug-in tool Development;
• Assist in different stages of BIM plug-in tool user acceptance testing;
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of relevant project documents;
• Provide maintenance support for the BIM plug-in tool;
• Monitor and review the deliverables by contractors for the required quality and compliance with standards;
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid knowledge and experience in supporting the management of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance;
• Should have hands-on experience in development of web applications;
• Experience in BIM plug-in tools project(s) that involves the use of BIM software  such as Autodesk Revit / Graphisoft ArchiCAD is an advantage;
• Approach and cloud native application architecture design is an advantage;
• Experience in implementing IT project(s) by .Net Core, MySQL/MariaDB, SQL, JavaScript, REST, C#, C++;
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese; and
• Any bids that fail to meet the above requirements and the mandatory requirements or the proposed candidate(s) cannot report duty on or before 1 April 2026 would not be considered.
