To provide project management services for active

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Leading Department traffic projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Forecasting and securing resources for new Department projects.
• Managing and supporting existing Department application systems (e.g. TES, e525, e570, e284a, ANTECS, etc.).
• Advising on risks of the new projects and existing application systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders (internal users & government departments).
• Managing team members and contractors.
• Recommending IT strategies and policies
• Managing Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) for Department projects
• Overseeing system capacity testing.
• Managing projects risks and uncertainties.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Solid experience in People Management
• Solid experience in Software Testing Management.
• Expertise in Government IT & Public Services: Deep understanding of the process, standards, and unique challenges compliance in developing and managing public-facing government systems, particular concerning security, scalability, and citizen access.
• Performance & Scalability Management: Proven ability to oversee and ensure system performance, including planning and analysing load testing, conducting system traffic monitoring, and guaranteeing solution can handling peak public demand efficiently and reliably.
• Cloud Infrastructure Proficiency: Strong knowledge of government cloud environments (GCIS), specifically Container as a Services (CaaS) platform, to effectively manage deployment strategies, resources allocation, and integration within mandated government cloud framework.
• Security-First Mindset: Specialized understanding in the implementation and ongoing management of Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions, ensuring robust protection for public-facing systems against cyber threats and adherence to strengthen government security policies.
