Handle incoming help-desk requests

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To liaise with MD internet client regarding help-desk support and refer cases to corresponding help-desk team member
• To assist LAN administrator for inventory check, including consolidation of data and analysis of SMS report
• To assist all MD website production and maintenance
• To assist procurement of IT products and services
• To provide support to project implementation such as arrangement of Meeting with MD internal clients and contractors
• To assist in email account administration (Lotus Domino R9)
• To assist in collecting user requirements and preparing project documents such as specifications and assignment brief
• To actively coordinate with clients for network/system changes
• To liaise with IT vendors on IT system support and maintenance related issues
• To assist in evaluation of new hardware, software and technologies
• To assist in providing IT training and coordination of material
• To consolidate the preventative Maintenance checking forms on project
• To meet with client and report the bugs fix status
• To assist in installation of desktop machines, mobile devices and client application software
• To assist in hardware and software asset management and conduct physical checking
  
  
  
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years' experience in similar position;
• At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in IT project handling
