This position will actively participate in implementing and enhancing Forensic Pathology Service (FPS)-related systems

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage a team in the provision of daily system support services for the PMIS;
• To provide IT advice to FPS on governing the system's conformance to departmental and government IT policies / standards;
• To assist FPS in preparing funding application documents for newly raised IT projects;
• To supervise an IT sub-team in collecting user requirements & provide resources estimation for systems enhancements;
• To monitor recurrent budget spending and report to project stakeholders;
• To plan and provide requirement specifications for project procurements;
• To monitor all phases of the project implementation, including procurement, systems analysis and design, development, testing, system nursing and maintenance; 
• To carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties; and
• To assist FPS in procuring stores and services for IT-related items.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 year experience in IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in system design, analysis and implementation of enterprise-wide J2EE system; 
• At least 2 years experience in the development, implementation, or maintenance of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology system;
• Experience in Mortuary Related Information Systems;
• Experience in the relational database model and familiarity with mainstream database engines such as Oracle and MS SQL Server;
• Proficiency in written English and communication skills; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
