Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage external contractor for providing on-going support services and system implementation service 
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• To lead a project support team.
• To prepare Project Management Plan for project implementation.
• To manage the tendering process for project implementation.
• To monitor the performance of contractor for project implementation and on-going system support to ensure the services provided are up to standard.
• To assist users in funding acquisition.
• To evaluate the technical feasibility of new IT initiatives.
• To liaise with parties concerned (including users, contractors, etc.) for requirement, implementation and on-going activities support.
• To advise users on all IT-related aspects of the project.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile software development approach is an advantage.
