Manage the Government Central Gateway (GCG) 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage the team to provide 7x24 on-call support for the application of GCG and operation system for the commissioning of the GCG;
• To supervise the maintenance and enhancements of GCG application system and ensure the program specifications and other documentation are consistently updated;
• To manage the team for the routine tasks, such as Disaster Recovery Drill, Information Security Incident Handling Drill, Security Risk Assessment & Audit and Privacy Impact Assessment & Audit ;
• To liaise with GETS Service Providers and GETS Government backend system support teams on operational issues of GETS; and
• To perform the tasks assigned by the line manager.
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' experience for the design and setup of critical public-facing application systems running on cloud platforms and microservice-based architecture;
• The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' solid working experience of security incident detection and handling for public-facing systems;
• The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' experience of serving as project manager role on project implementation on infrastructure and vendor management;
• Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills as well as to take a leading role on troubleshooting; 
• Solid working experience of using and troubleshooting on network and security protection services provided by different cloud platforms are added advantages;
• Experience of setting up the public-facing system using virtual waiting room and/or content delivery network are added advantages;
• Experience of coordination and/or quality assurance are preferred; and
• To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
