Implementation and on-going support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in the development of the Platform; 
• Assist in managing the contractor for the implementation of thePlatform; and
•  Co-ordinate and interface with different contractors and support teams for the setup and testing of the Platform such as Consented Data Exchange Gateway.
• Be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services and to meet the service delivery schedule.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 year experience in IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' solid hands-on application development experience on public-facing application systems running on cloud platforms and microservice-based architecture with restful APIs;
•  The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' solid hands-on experience on the use of cryptography and public key infrastructure;
• The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' experience of developing application that support mobile devices running on Android and iOS platform;
• The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' solid hands-on application development experience using PostgreSQL database;
• The candidate is required to have at least 1 year's experience as a leading role on application design and development;
• Experience in design and development of application on HarmonyOS NEXT platform is an added advantage; 
• Experience in application development using C# and/or Javascript technology and/or XML are added advantages; and
• To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
