To provide IT support and advice for the implementation of Passenger e-Channels and system enhancements of APIS

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide IT support and advice for the implementation of Passenger e-Channels; 
• To coordinate with system controllers and contractors for the implementation of Passenger e-Channels;
• To provide IT support and advice for system enhancements of APIS;
• To monitor and review the deliverables prepared by contractors for the required quality and compliance with standards;
• To perform diagnosis with contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of the remedy actions; and
• To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department's business need.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Support for multi-vendor mission critical systems
• Strong experience in coordinating and managing vendors
• Strong experience in automated clearance
• Strong experience in providing technical support to system enhancement
• The contract staff is required to take up on-call duty
• The contract staff will have to work outside normal office hours occasionally to meet the operational needs
• Criminal record check is required
