Provision of System Enhancement, IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Collect user requirement for enhancement;
• Supervise developers to complete system enhancement and to develop application system patches; 
• Assist user representatives to complete User Acceptance Test;
• Maintain & update the system documentations such as user manual;
• Provide end user training;
• Work with teams to recover system service due to the occurrences of system interruptions;
• Work with user representatives to identify functions which can facilitate end user operations and improve clinical service;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor; 
• The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and 
• Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in Open Source Software (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat & Apache, Java, React, etc);
• Solid experience in JAVA application framework  (e.g. Spring, etc.), deployment scenario and database technologies (such as Oracle);
• Experience with government standards and processes would be advantage;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill; 
• Excellent spoken and written level in both English and Chinese languages; and 
• Responsible, pro-active, independent and able to work under pressure.
