Development of "Building Information Modelling- Asset Management (BIM-AM) portal", which integrates the Asset Management System (AMS) with "Building Information Modelling (BIM)" 
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in the feasibility study, user requirement elicitation, system analysis and design, integration of data retrieved from Common Data Environment (CDE), Building Management System (BMS), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and associated IoT sensors.
• Take part in the software development life cycle with both the internal development team and external contractors. 
• Collaboration and liaison with internal development teams and external contractors, to facilitate the system integration process.
• Provide advice & assistance to the contractor management process.
• To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors.
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in full system development lifecycle from project initiation, user requirement collection, to system nursing;
• Proficient in project management, user requirement elicitation and analysis;
• Solid experience in contractor management;
• Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment;
• Strong commitment to project deadlines and delivering high-quality work;
• Possess experience in Web Application design, Software development and application maintenance processes, including Incident, Change, Capacity, Software Quality, Deployment and Software Asset management and,
• Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from large amounts of data.
