Responsible for the rollout and support of Human Resources Management Services.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To be responsible for user requirement collection, user training, data conversion and UAT arrangement for the new adopter B/Ds of GovHRMS to ensure success rollout of HRMS in those B/Ds.
• To be responsible for quality assurance on the system support and maintenance services provided by external maintenance contractor of HRMS.
• To provide helpdesk services for the production system support.
• To carry out system maintenance and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Has hand-on experience on Java Programming, J2EE Development, SQL and MySQL.
• Possess solid experience in planning data conversion activities.
• Experience in vendor management is advantageous..
