To take part in the upgrade of office automation workstations / facilities projects and the server virtualisation of Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Coordinating with vendors, system maintenance teams and project teams to provide technical support services for Active Directory administration, file sharing services, office automation and desktop support, the e-Message platform for use by persons in custody and Digital Incarceration Proof System (DIPS);
• Performing upgrade of hardware and software as appropriate for the IT infrastructure in pace with the technology updates and trends in respect of security, versioning and compatibility; 
• Providing on-site support services for the deployment and maintenance requests of IT equipment; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Implementation and support of Windows servers, virtual server infrastructure, file sharing services, office
