Smart self-registration kiosks are set up 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To liaise and coordinate with different parties for the operation support of iAM Smart self-registration kiosks, iAM Smart registration tablets and the provision of iAM Smart mobile registration services;
• To monitor the performance of the contractors on the maintenance, relocation and testing of iAM Smart self-registration kiosks, maintenance and testing of iAM Smart registration tablets including the broadband or 4G/5G connection;
• To provide technical and operation support for iAM Smart self-registration kiosks, iAM Smart registration tablets and iAM Smart mobile registration services;
• To perform on-site health check for iAM Smart self-registration kiosks located in various districts of Hong Kong;
• To review the service and deliverables from the contractors;
• To conduct UAT for enhancement of iAM Smart system;
• To prepare statistics reports and documentation for iAM Smart project; 
• To provide support on iAM Smart registration services provided to the public, including support at iAM Smart promotional events; and
• To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors. 
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• May need to work on-site at different locations as assigned / provided;
• Have experience in technical and operation support of kiosks and mobile devices;
• Have experience in Windows support;
• Have experience in Windows security and hardening;
• Have experience in Linux support;
• Have experience in monitoring contractors;
• Have experience in conducting User Acceptance Test of software applications / apps;
• Be familiar with iAM Smart registration is preferred;
• Be familiar with configuration on mobile device such as biometrics, NFC and security settings, mobile connection;
• Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese;
• Speak Putonghua is preferred; and
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
