The organization is revamping its IT infrastructure and application frameworks in conjunction with the development of a new building. This role will lead the planning, design, and implementation of new infrastructure to support future IT services.

Current Environment Context

• 3 data centres and 15 remote sites supporting 2,500+ users
• WAN-connected core networks with multi-tiered, resilient architecture (active-active, active-standby, active-DR)
• New data centre to be implemented within 2 years
• Future direction: container-based, microservices architecture with agile delivery

Job Description
The Contract Senior Project Manager will lead the IT infrastructure section to:

• Plan, design, and implement new infrastructure for the upcoming data centre(s) and integrate with existing systems
• Lead implementation of new and upgraded security systems (e.g., NDR, APT protection, firewall, IPS)
• Oversee development, enhancement, and ongoing support of existing IT infrastructure
• Ensure reliable day-to-day infrastructure services, including health monitoring, incident response, and problem management
• Coordinate with IT and user teams on support, development, integration, migration, and rollout of IT services
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on infrastructure requirements, roadmap, and improvement plans

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related filed
• Minimum 11 years of IT experience, including at least 4 year in a similar role.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure implementation, management, and support
• Enterprise server hosting, high-performance storage (SAN, NAS), server/storage virtualisation, multi-tenant hosting, application delivery, patch management
• Enterprise core network, campus/remote site network management (WAN/LAN), resilient network design, network/application flow visualisation

• IT system management and monitoring, fast recovery backup services, and security systems (IPS/IDS, APT management, SIEM)
