Job Nature
- Responsible for providing daily operational support for the Intranet Video Conferencing System and Private Cloud System, as well as the server network and backup services;
- To assist the user section in communicating with the technical team for developing the new system or deploying the new software, e.g. conducting the UAT tests and checking the data migration prior to the system rollout.
- Responsible for ad-hoc operational support to IT services in departmental events and internal meetings, including basic PC and Audio/Video equipment setup, video conferencing and network configuration.
