Job Nature
To maintain the existing level of IT service, the engagement of CSSA is mainly for:
- Monitoring the enhancement service of Sites Tracking Information System;
- Assisting in the preparation of an electronic folder for Special Finance Committee;
- Assisting in the implementation of new department projects;
- Providing technical support for conducting ad-hoc IT projects;
- Carrying out quality control and quality assurance; and
- Supervising the work of Contract System Analyst, Contract Analyst Programmer and Contract Senior IT Assistants in the team.
