Senior Information Technology Assistant

Job Nature
- To operate, monitor & maintain computer & associated equipment/facilities;
- To prepare related jobs & ensure their completion & check completeness & qualities of the computer output;
- To provide first line help service & associated technical support to IT problems for complementing the ITMU service;
- To assist in setting up workstation, server, web/portal or network equipment, scheduling & monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation;
- To fulfill administrative requirements & assist in preparing reports, data inputting & compilation, etc.;
- To keep & monitor stock of computer supplies & assist in their procurement & payment;
- To check, update & maintain computer inventory records, manuals & documentation;
- To work in head office & site offices or work outside normal office hours as & when required; and
- To carry out other duties assigned by IT Coordinators or Officers of department.
