Job Nature
- Assist system integration, streamlining asset data input and verification process of a department system, for operation and maintenance data of department assets.
- Assist project team to perform system administration, version update and server management works for the department system.
- Assist project team to develop long term strategic planning for the department system.
- Facilitate day-to-day operation such as helpdesk and resolution enquiries from front-line users, collect user requirement on software enhancement.
- Manage contractor progress providing advice and assistance on technical, system design and documentation to contractor management process.
- Hands-on programming of web applications and web services in RESTful/JSON, message queue, Node.JS, Python, ASP .NET/C# to interface the department system with other systems.
