About the Role:
We are seeking an IT professional to deliver and maintain tech solutions, manage vendors, and enhance video analytics platforms

• Assist the Project Manager in implementing and delivering IT solutions within agreed timelines and objectives
• Conduct user requirement studies, perform system analysis, and design solutions that meet business needs effectively
• Manage vendors, contractors, and business partners to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality of deliverables
• Apply application architecture principles, standards, and best practices throughout development, including documentation, testing, and implementation
• Lead system support and maintenance for systems, focusing on Video Analytics Platform, and drive innovation through new initiatives

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in system support and development
• Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, design, rollout, and support
• Proficiency in Web development, Video Analytics, SQL, JavaScript, and AI model training
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and vendor management
• Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications in Software Development, Scrum, or Project Management is an advantage
