About the Role:
Our client, a premier construction company, is expanding its IT division and seeking a versatile Infrastructure & Security Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to both manage day-to-day infrastructure operations and lead strategic IT projects, ensuring secure, reliable, and future-ready systems across the organization.

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, and cloud platforms to ensure secure connectivity.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
• Oversee VM host maintenance, backups, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Lead infrastructure projects and drive lifecycle upgrades, vendor and new products evaluations, budget planning and prepare project implement schedule.
• Implement and oversee security initiatives including firewall policies, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
• Prepare ISO 27001:2022 documentation and mentor engineers to strengthen team capabilities.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Networking, or related discipline.
• 3–4+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong knowledge of networks, servers, and system administration.
• Hands-on expertise with security tools (Nessus, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, IPS, antivirus).
• Proven ability to implement and maintain robust security frameworks and access controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware.
