About the Role:
Join our client as a Systems Analyst and play a key role in advancing their network and infrastructure systems.

• Network & Infrastructure Management – Design, implement, administer, and secure the organisation’s network, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualisation platforms, storage, and backup systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Security & Compliance – Implement IT security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, patch/change management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning in line with industry standards and audit requirements.
• Documentation & Procurement – Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and disaster recovery plans; manage procurement, contracts, and monitor contractor performance.
• Project & User Support – Participate in IT projects (SDLC, system implementation, audits, risk assessments), provide system maintenance, end-user support, and progress reporting.
• Innovation & Collaboration – Research and deploy new network security technologies; liaise with end users, contractors, and stakeholders to support deployments, migrations, and strengthen the organisation’s security posture.

• At least 6 years’ hands-on experience in network and infrastructure administration in which 3 years’ in router configuration, TCP/IP, Virtual LAN/LAN Switching and VPN.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Cisco products; Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and/or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in site preparation.
• Hands-on experience in Windows & Linux servers, Active Directory, VMware virtualisation, and network device management.
• Proficiency in network detection/response systems and PC management.
• Experience managing network and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience in IT security risk assessment and audit.
• Familiarity with mainland IT products is an advantage.
