We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide the development of a strategic data analytics initiative. This role is essential in leveraging impactful data to build systems using machine learning and drive AI-driven solutions.  We are seeking individuals with knowledge on the newest developments in machine learning, cloud computing, and data governance.

As the Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for the design, development, and implementation of a complex data analytics and predictive system. This role requires a strong background in data science, software engineering, and project management, with a focus on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a small team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Define the technical architecture and design of the data analytics platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, including data governance, data quality, and data lineage.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning models and ETL processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and security best practices.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of the system, integrating Al analytics and automation tools where applicable, including MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and automated machine learning (AutoML) platforms.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing technical documentation and conducting user training.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and software development.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data architecture best practices.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R) and tools (TensorFlow, Tableau).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with data governance practices and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Experience in AI applications for predictive systems and/or recommendation systems.
