Assist the helpdesk in the control and operation of the network and computer systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Responsible for the operation of the network and computer systems according to the operation procedure;
• Responsible for the helpdesk logistics and support;
• Assist in end-user support services;
• To conduct IT equipment inventory taking;
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 0 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Have at least five years of experience in the control and operation of computer systems, including helpdesk/computer network operation and PC/LAN support services;
• Have experience in the operation of Windows Network/Servers and installation of PC hardware, software and automation tools;
• Possess good communication and customer service skills;
• Preferably have experience in information technology security.
