Responsible for supporting and operating multiple centralised Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub and Social Media Text Analytics System.  The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by departments and ensure smooth operations of the platforms.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub and Social Media Text Analytics System.
• To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub and Social Media Text Analytics System.
• To provide technical support to departments for the adoption of chatbot, AI and big data analytics technologies.
• To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and big data analytics related subjects.
• To provide production support after normal office hours, if necessary, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements, etc.
• When necessary, the CSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc.
• To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in text/image/video analytics; 
• Have at least 1 year of experience on system development and deployment on clouds.
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS);
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools:
  • Linux
  • Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • JupyterHub
  • Python
  • Rstudio
  • R programming
  • MySQL 
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and
• Can work independently.
