Implementation, enhancement and maintenance support for integration of various kinds of web, backend, mobile and mini applications in department cloud platform.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• System design, development and testing of system enhancements and ad-hoc user requests;
• System administration work and handling of user enquires;
• Technical, operational and advisory support;
• On-call support for urgent system issues;
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Coordinating and monitoring outsourced contractors;
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in web and mobile technologies, such as HTML, Javascript, Java, Objective C, Swift and Kotlin;
• Solid experience in IT application design, development, maintenance and support;
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues;
• Experienced in IT security;
• Experienced in Web technologies and Javascript frameworks, such as Vue and React;
• Experienced in Mobile App development;
• Experienced in managing outsourced IT projects;
• Experienced in mini app / mini program is an advantage;
• Experienced in webcasting system using OpenText Multimedia Management or equivalent is an advantage;
• Experienced in developing public facing IT system is an advantage;
• Experienced in SQL queries is an advantage;
• Experienced in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an advantage;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
