Application development/support for midrange web application system for taxation.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Collect user requirement and conduct system analysis and design.
• Lead programmers to complete the support and enhancement tasks.
• Prepare program specifications and supervise programmers in performing application development/enhancement.
• Prepare and conduct tests including system tests, load tests, resilience tests, backup and recovery tests, disaster recovery drills, etc.
• Assist users in conducting user acceptance tests.
• Prepare system rollout and system documentations.
• Take up on-call duty.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in users requirements collection, SA&D and implementation of taxation systems.
• Experience in Spring Framework.
