Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To be involved in IT activities, including cost and effort estimation, impact analysis, user requirements collection, system analysis and design, coding and testing, quality assurance, system support and problem diagnosis and enhancements in both system enhancement and maintenance cycles;
• To assist the project manager in project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services, and
• To perform other administrative activities as required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Have experience in application support and system maintenance;
• Have experience in vendor management;
• Have experience in managing department projects;
• Have experience in mobile applications;
• Have experience in liaison and coordination with users and other infrastructure support teams;
• Have experience in implementing ITSM; and
• Have experience in IT procurement.
