To enhance user experience and graphic designs for department's IT systems and other activities under the purview of the Health Informatics and Technology Office (HITO).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide advice, insights, analysis related to user experience (UX) and graphic designs for IT systems (such as mobile applications, web interfaces and others);
• To perform UX designs / enhancements and usability testing to make sure IT systems are easy for use by end-users;
• To perform graphic design and screen design with respect to user experience in using the IT systems
• To work on branding, navigation, content and functions throughout the IT system design and development process to ensure end-user can easily use and enjoy using;
• To solicit business requirements and objectives of UX design from business stakeholders of IT systems, to liaise with business users closely;
• To liaise closely with HITO's Business Analysis team, IT team and Data team;
• To devise sample designs / drafts/ wireframes/ prototypes to facilitate selection of UX design options;
• To monitor performance of external contractors in performing graphic/screen design;
• To ensure the quality of deliverables of graphic/screen designs to meet business objectives and requirements;
• To coordinate collection of contents for mobile applications / webpages / IT systems from different stakeholders;
• To actively participate in assessment and prioritization of contents to be rendered in mobile applications, to offer advice / opinions from UX perspective;
• To ensure the quality and usefulness of contents of mobile applications / webpages / IT systems from UX perspective; 
• To support graphic designs for other activities under the purview of the Health Informatics and Technology Office (HITO); and
• Others as assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 2 years solid experience in performing UX and graphic designs for IT systems;
• At least 3 years solid experience in the skills of using user experience design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or other equivalent product;
• Solid experience in investigating and understanding the motivations, needs and pain points of end-users for development of IT systems;
• Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment; and
• Solid experience in mobile application development on iOS, Android and Harmony platforms are preferred.
