To manage a IT Support Unit to provide technical supports to foster IT/ Building Information Modelling (BIM)/ Geographic Information System (GIS) implementation and workflow digitalisation.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To take charge of the system administration, security and maintenance of the IT facilities of Survey Division.
• To provide OAS helpdesk support.
• To develop and maintain in-house IT applications and websites.
• To serve as the Computer Representative of Survey Division.
• To support the implementation of IT/BIM/GIS projects.
• To support the operation of IT/BIM/GIS systems of Survey Division.
• To lead a team of IT staff and monitor the performance of subordinates.
• To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
• At least 8-year post-qualification experience in one or more of the following fields - project management, feasibility/technical studies, systems analysis and design, application programming, operations management, systems programming and specialized technical support or relevant experience in information technology.
• At least 4-year experience in project management or technical consultancy.
• At least 4-year experience in supervising a team of five (5) members or more.
• The candidate having following experience will have an advantage:
  -    Experience in BIM or GIS projects.
  -    Experience or relevant certificates in project management, systems development and support using PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE), Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM) or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or equivalent.
