• Assisting in the VICSS Redevelopment Project to support the project team along all the stages of SDLC, especially for the Project Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), User Training, Technical Evaluation, Data Conversion, System Migration and Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA);
• Support the other production systems related to TD VEC management systems; and
• Assisting BTSD IT project team in providing advice and support on contractor management process.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To carry out user requirement definition, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems; 
• To perform application related documentation, testing, user training, data conversion, system migration, SRAA, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems; 
• To perform database design, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance; 
• To administrate, monitor and provide services for application software systems;
• To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services; 
• To provide application and system support services such as liaison with users and vendors, testing, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems;
• To design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, etc.;
• To ensure project deliverables submitted by the contractor to be on time and meet quality standard;
• To manage the team members including System Analyst and Analyst Programmer; and
• To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 11 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 11 years or above relevant IT working experience in the business analysis, system design & development, testing, implementation & deployment, configuration, customization, and administration of application software systems; 
• Knowledge and solid experience on user and vendor management;
• Knowledge/experience of security risk assessment and audit would definitely be an advantage;
• Solid experience on project management, with Project Management Professional Certification would definitely be an advantage;
• Have the following working experience and skill sets: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MSSQL, SCCM, Kubernetes, webservice and virtualisation software such as VMware;
• Knowledge/experience of vehicle examination would definitely be an advantage;
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing is a plus;
• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; and
• Good leadership, planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
