Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in system testing and acceptance for critical system;
• To formulate technical implementation plan and acceptance plan; 
• To perform infrastructure acceptance and assist in deliverables acceptance;
• To conduct quality review and system tests on technical products;
• To assist in planning for system enhancement;
• To formulate technical requirements based on business policy changes; 
• To evaluate functional, operational, hardware and software requirements;
• To coordinate with various working service providers for infrastructure deployment;
• To work with multi-vendors for infrastructure upgrade;
• To coordinate security audit exercises, and plan for deploying security patch and system configuration;
• To plan for the Disaster Recovery Drill;
• To provide advice on security policy implementation;
• To assist in managing infrastructure-related incidents and problems escalated by multi-vendors;
• To support Information Technology Application Innovation on core infrastructure; 
• To provide on-going production system maintenance and support services; and
• To work irregular hours if necessary.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 15 years in the capacity of System Analyst;
• At least 8 years in supervision of technical staff for project implementation; 
• Solid hand-on experience in networking and server platform; 
• Knowledge in software-defined network and storage;
• Knowledge in cloud solution;
• Knowledge in K8S is preferable; 
• Solid experience in management and support of systems and services is an advantage;
• Hands-on experience in disaster recovery planning;
• Familiar with the procurement procedures;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL v3 Foundation in IT Service Management and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent are preferable.
