• Planning and implementation of web application for CCeP Client Portal supporting desktop and mobile users.
• Planning and monitoring the projects of Smart IVRS, AI voice bot and AI-assistant in Customer Relation Management (CRM) System for digitalisation of Customer Service Centre.
• Administration and support of IT and electronic systems, including CRM System, CCeP Client Portal mobile application, Award Registration System, 3rd 5 year plan website and AI Ambassador kiosk, etc.
• Handle Security Risk Assessment and Audit for various systems in CCSD.
• Upgrading the operating systems on CCSD application servers to strengthen system hardening and improve security.
• Provision of technical advice and IT support in projects for maintenance / replacement of software and hardware of systems in Corporate Services Division.
   

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Analyse business requirements and have them converted into system design.
• Conduct in-house software design, debugging, testing, commissioning and documentation.
• Advise on technical related aspects, such as the proposed design and methods, software tools, technical system options and sizing model. 
• Acquire user requirements, coordinate with contractors and in-house staff for various project matters.
• Manage contractors, service outsourcing and ensure project produces required deliverables within time, budget, quality, scope and meet quality standard.
• Monitor, control, and update as appropriate the various components of the Project Management Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new IT products and services.
• Carry out any other IT services and ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience in Java, HTML5, MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDB and Linux.
• Experience in supporting Call Center systems, CRM, IVRS, Voicebot or Chatbot would be an advantage.
• Experience in handling projects of AI and machine learning.
• Experience in handling Security Risk Assessment and Audit
• Knowledge on Network infrastructure would be an advantage.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality outcomes.
