Provide System Support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To support the mission-critical systems and related hardware and software installation and configuration; 
• To provide 1st tier support on mission-critical mid-range systems on a roster basis if necessary;
• To provide ad-hoc support and/or fire fighting for above systems;
• To provide project post-implementation works;
• To perform regular patching for the above systems during non-office hours;
• To handle administration works such as documentation, equipment procurement, data center inventory, cabling, labeling, system heath checking, hardware/software maintenance;
• To resolve technical problems;
• To handle production incident timely; and
• To provide other services when required.

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid knowledge and experiences in implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Linux/Windows;
• Experience in supporting Load Balancer solution is an advantage;
• Experience in supporting SAN switch is an advantage;
• Overtime work, irregular hours work and work on Sat/Sun are required when necessary; and
• Work in various location is required.
