 Administer the development of the new Central Metering and Sensing Device Management System (CMSDMS) IoT platform.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Carry out project administration, contract management and technical analysis for the new CMSDMS IoT platform. 
• Review technical submissions, establish and control project programme with contractor, financial control, provide technical advice to contractor. 
• Derive and prepare hardware, software, and services requirements for the project. 
• Provide miscellaneous technical support on IT matters.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid technical and management experience in: system administration, system design, system analysis, migration and integration of systems, contract administration and management, preparation of technical specifications, tender and contract documents. 
• Relevant practical experience with smart water metering system, smart infrastructure system, IoT or similar systems.
• Corporate membership of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers of relevant discipline elected after 5 December 1975 or equivalent qualification is beneficial.
