Certification Authority Infrastructure upgrade project.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Participate in the Certification Authority Infrastructure Upgrade Project to prepare requirements specifications, perform technical evaluation, assist project and contract administration, conduct system acceptance, trouble-shooting and performance monitoring etc.;
• Manage outsourced contractor to upgrade hardware, software and application;
• Conduct quality check and assurance on project deliverables;
• Review and process system change request from the outsourced contactors;
• Assist related working parties to implement new business requirements in compliance with HKPCA standards, and security requirements / regulations / guidelines and published regulatory documents on e-Certs including but not limited to all the Certification Practice Statements for the recognized digital certificates issued by HKPCA;
• Coordinate with all related working parties and various outsourced contractors to ensure a smooth implementation, service transition and system rollout;
• Assist in handover the final solution/product to supporting contractor to continue their operation; and
•  Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid knowledge and good technical skill on operating system (including RedHat Linux), virtualization, application servers (including Oracle WebLogic and/or JBoss EAP), database software (including Oracle Database);
• At least 3 years of hand-on experience in Redhat Linux, Oracle Database configuration and technical support;
• Working experience in security solutions including Hardware Security Module (HSM) will be an advantage;
• Working experience in network devices including firewall configuration and technical support will be an advantage;
• Working experience in implementing virtualization, large scale and complex IT systems will be an advantage;
• Working experience in digital certificates and e-Cert operations will be an advantage;
• Need to work in various office locations; and
• Overtime work is required when necessary.
