Project management, development of new IT systems, maintenance, enhancement and revamp of existing applications, support and administration of hardware equipment.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To review, design and develop new application systems in response to users requests;
• To maintain, enhance and revamp existing application systems;
• To liaise with external IT service providers and internal staff to monitor project progress and performance;
• To analyse and follow departmental IT regulations, policies, and guidelines for systems and services implementation;
• To estimate and review IT-related budget and prepare procurement plans;
• To handle procurement of system licences and other IT-related services and ensure satisfactory of deliverables;
• To provide technical advice and interpret complex technical knowledge to users and teammates;
• To perform related tasks including preparing and updating system manuals, conducting compliance check for data security and integrity and trouble-shooting both system hardware and software; and
• To supervise subordinates in the above duties and carry out any tasks as assigned by the team leader.

• Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Good knowledge in project management;
• Solid experience in system architecture with high availability;
• Good working experience in WebSphere/WebLogic Application, Oracle Database, Crystal Report, Document Management System, VMWare and SAN storage.
