To provide maintenance, enhancement and technical support for the iAM Smart thematic website as well as plan and support the iAM Smart promotional activities. iAM Smart provides Hong Kong residents with a single digital identity for logging in to various online services. The thematic website is a 7x24 high availability website providing the latest information and updates of iAM Smart to the members of the public as well as public and private organizations.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide maintenance, enhancement and technical support for the iAM Smart thematic website;
• Oversee the outsourcing contractor and perform contract administration, management and quality assurance of the services;
• Conduct research on the latest marketing strategies and develop promotional materials to attract public awareness and adoption of iAM Smart;
• Plan and support the promotional activities for iAM Smart; 
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors; and
• The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related project and operation teams.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess experience in different aspects of system implementation, including preparation of requirement specification, management of system development, outsourcing, maintenance and enhancement support;
• Possess experience in supporting publicity or promotion activities for mobile application(s), relevant experience for mobile application(s) is an advantage;
• Experienced in delivering client advisory and/or helpdesk support for e-application systems is an advantage;
• Experienced in multimedia design and production is an advantage; and
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
