 To plan, arrange and provide IT support for events and activities to promote iAM Smart. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Plan, arrange and support activities and events to promote the registration and usage of the  iAM Smart;
• Conduct research on the latest marketing strategies, identify outreaching opportunities and develop promotional materials to attract public awareness and adoption of the iAM Smart;
• Coordinate and work closely with departments and other organizations to conduct joint promotion activities in connection with the iAM Smart;
• Provide maintenance, enhancement and technical support for the daily operation of  iAM Smart related services;
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors; 
• The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related project and operation teams.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess experience in different aspects of system implementation, including system development, outsourcing, maintenance and enhancement support;
• Possess experience in supporting publicity or promotion activities for mobile application(s), relevant experience for department mobile application(s) is an advantage;
• Experienced in planning and implementing large-scale publicity campaign is an advantage;
• Experienced in planning and implementing large-scale publicity campaign is an advantage;
• Experienced in multimedia design and production is an advantage;
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
