Responsible for on-going Document Management System technical and maintenance support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide technical and maintenance support to ensure high level of stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online service is provided to the public.
• To provide technical support on system infrastructure, including web/database/application servers, etc.
• To provide technical support on security measures and reviews, Chinese computing and processing, system programming and quality check, system performance and healthiness monitoring for the system infrastructure.
• To monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for the technical support on system administration and patch installation of various system hardware and software on Unix and Windows platforms of the production site and DR site.
• To maintain system documentation and inventory records.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• At least 6 years of experience in technical support of system infrastructure with web/database/application servers in Unix and Windows platforms.
• At least 4 years of solid hands-on experience in technical support of document management system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime in some occasions.
