Responsible for application development, maintenance and support for midrange application systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Collect user requirements and conduct system analysis and design;
• Prepare program specifications and supervise programmers in application development;
• Prepare and conduct tests including system tests, load tests, resilience tests, backup and recovery tests, disaster recovery drills, etc.;
• Support user acceptance tests and prepare system rollout;
• Prepare system documentation;
• Carry out system enhancements and provide production support; and
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• Experience in user requirement collection, SA&D and implementation of taxation systems; and
• Java programming and various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring)
