To implement, manage and provide maintenance support to various projects and application systems in department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Perform SA&D, programming development, , implementation and integration, conduct various kinds of system testing, installation, infrastructure design and technical support to various projects and systems throughout the SDLC, e.g. TCIS and STREAMS.
• Manage and coordinate with the contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems.
• Provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems.
• Perform procurement of hardware, software and services.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• The candidate shall possess the following mandatory technical skills
  (a) solid experience in IT application development and management
  (b) solid experience in system implementation and maintenance & support
  (c) solid experience in SQL
  (d) solid experience in J2EE
  (e) solid experience in Electronic Form
• It is desirable if the candidate possesses the following skills
  (a) experience in working with/in the department
  (b) experience in IT Procurement
  (c) experience in LDAP Application Programming
  (d) experience in Linux System Administration
• Internal checking is required.
