Management of the development of Integrated Waste Management Information System (IWMIS).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of IWMIS;
• Analyse user requirements and provide technical advice on IT technologies and applications;
• Conduct procurement of IT services / software / hardware including market research, preparation of documents and evaluation;
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders on project activities;
• Supervise System Analyst and Analyst Programmer of the project team;
• Monitor the performance of the outsourcing contractors;
• Review the deliverables submitted by the outsourcing contractor; and
• Conduct any duties as per assigned by supervisors.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, system analysis, development, implementation and maintenance support of web application;
• Solid experience in Java and RDBMS is highly preferred;
• Solid experience in system administration and IT support;
• Solid experience in system testing such as load test, stress test, user acceptance test, security risk assessment and audit;
• Experience in IT infrastructure technologies;
• Solid experience in team work; and
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
