• Accessibility Programme (AP)
  It provides shared IT facilities for staff (authenticated by Windows domain) to exchange encrypted emails within network, to utilize productivity software and G2E/G2G services, and to access the Internet.  Domino and iNotes with server virtualization, blade server and SAN technologies are utilized for email. Internet access gateway appliances as proxy system are utilized for provision of Internet access (IA).
• Windows Architecture
  It utilizes server virtualization technologies, Active Directory and DNS servers, for domain and account management, security and patch management.
• Individual Cyberspace (ICS)
  It utilizes VMware virtualization for staff to store and access files on server from anywhere within office.
• Departmental Portal (DP)
• Software Asset Management (SAM) System

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Windows System Administration
  (i)    Report health check result on servers, tape loaders and uninterruptible power supplies installed in different data centres and offices to senior officer and execute corrective actions on advice;
  (ii)    Perform Active Directory (AD) and server housekeeping jobs, including system administration, tuning, backup, user account management with correct interpretation of requirements;
  (iii)    Join user accounts and devices to proper domains;
  (iv)    Deploy software updates and patches to servers and PCs timely and efficiently;
  (v)     Log and discover unauthorized or abnormal activities; and
  (vi)    Handle user enquiries and support requests.
• AP Administration
  (i)    Maintain optimal performance and conduct regular health checks on iNotes email and domain, IA servers, SAN storage devices and backup tape loaders installed in data centres;
  (ii)    Improve, schedule and attend to iNotes email / domain and IA server housekeeping and technical support tasks including system administration and upgrades, service resilience, logging, tuning, backup, user accounts life cycle management in accordance with requirements;
  (iii)    Manage AP IA server log;
  (iv)    Manage Internet access gateway, including content filtering rules and access control for Internet access; and
  (v)    Handle user enquiries and provide technical user support.
• ICS
  (i)    Manage network file access, e.g. create and remove network folders due to staff posting-in and departures, tailor minimal access rights using Windows credentials.
• DP
  (i)    Administer Oracle Linux servers, Shibboleth authentication servers, 389 Directory Server, Grafana and Prometheus monitoring servers;
  (ii)   Maintain system logs using Graylog; and
  (iii)  Attend housekeeping jobs including daily system administration, backup.
• SAM
  (i)    Test and deploy software patches to PCs centrally;
  (ii)   Enhance in-house developed SAM applications using JSP; and
  (iii)   Handle user enquiries and provide technical user support.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity;
• Working hours:    Normal office hours
• On call duty:    Not required
