 Application System Development and Maintenance Support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Support the internal project team in overseeing the development and delivery of a new information systems;
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the project timelines and objectives;
• Assist users to identify the user requirements for system development;
• Prepare system documentations, including but not limited to the System Analysis & Design (SA&D) Report, test plans, test cases, system manuals, and procedures;
• Perform assigned in-house application development tasks;
• Setup and configure the information system in the Cloud or virtualized environment;
• Conduct program testing and system testing;
• Prepare the requirement specifications for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc;
• Facilitate user acceptance test (UAT), data conversion and verification activities;
• Provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up technical problems;
• Review and conduct quality assurance on system deliverables and documentation;
• Ensure the system adheres to policies, standards and security requirements;
• Provide technical support and training to end-users; and 
• Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid experience in conducting system implementation and integration, maintenance and support and other related technical skills; 
• Work experience in application development and supporting of systems; and
• Knowledge in system design, application framework, database modeling and experience in using cloud services or virtualized environment are preferred.
